Ilker T. Budak

Ilker T. Budak is an experienced director and project management professional currently serving as the Director of the Project Management Center of Excellence at NuScale Power since March 2025. Previously, Ilker held the position of Head of the Project Management Office at FuelCell Energy, overseeing a portfolio valued at $196 million and managing significant projects including a Hydrogen Plant for Toyota and a FuelCell Plant for the US Navy. Ilker's career spans various roles in prominent companies including Siemens Energy, Invensys, MidAmerican Energy, Alstom Power, and Vogt Power International, focusing on project management, business development, and consultancy in the energy sector. Ilker holds an MBA from Bellarmine University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
