Thomas Dort

Thomas Dort currently serves as President of 2D Wellness, Inc. and as Regional Developer for Altera HealthTec since June 2020. Prior to these roles, Thomas held various positions at Avgol Nonwovens, including Vice President of Innovation and R&D, where notable accomplishments included achieving 234% revenue growth through new product development and the implementation of a global innovation strategy. Previous experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Nutek Disposables, Inc., where a predictive modeling tool enhanced factory operations, and Chief Operating Officer of Urban League of Kansas, where Thomas secured a $1.5 million housing grant. Thomas's early career involved significant roles at Polymer Group Inc., driving substantial revenue growth and operational improvements, and as a Process Engineer at Milliken & Company. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with Honors from the University of Florida.
