Vincent Romney

Vincent Romney has extensive experience in information security and cyber security. Vincent has held various roles in different organizations, including Nuskin & Pharmanex as the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer, where they led the design and implementation of solutions and systems supporting the information security program. Vincent also worked at Digital Defense Security as a Principal, focusing on cyber security and IT services. In addition, Vincent served as the Director of Information Security at Younique Products, where they led all information security initiatives and built the company's first information security program. Vincent has also worked as a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst at BAE Systems, where they reviewed and analyzed software security for the GBSD program. Prior to their corporate career, Vincent served in the Utah Air National Guard as a Network Warfare Specialist and in the USAF Reserves as a Reserve Force Officer, specializing in CyberSurety and Information Operations planning.

Vincent Romney received their BA in Political Science from the University of Utah, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Vincent later pursued additional certifications, including the Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) from (ISC)², obtained in September 2020, the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) also from (ISC)², obtained in August 2012, and the CompTIA Security+ Certification from CompTIA, obtained in July 2010.
