Lisa Miller's work experience begins in 1999 when they joined AT&T as a Specialist IT Telephony Infrastructure Engineer. In this role, they provided tier 2 remote tech support for voice PBX customer-provided equipment and voicemail systems. Lisa also assisted technicians, account managers, and customers with resolution or move add change orders until June 2016.

From May 2017 to June 2020, Lisa worked as a Project Coordinator at Insight Global at AT&T. Lisa served as an installation coordinator for AT&T Global Business, provisioning and modifying orders on AT&T Collaborate BVOIP cloud phone service portals. Lisa also acted as the single point of contact and subject matter expert for customer facilitation during transitions from current telecommunication solutions to VoIP.

Lisa joined Whole Foods Market in September 2020 and worked as a Prime Shopper until December 2020. Later, in June 2022, they became a part of Whole Foods Market again as a Specialty Foods Team Member and an E-Commerce Shopper.

Lisa also educated clients and offered problem solutions while processing 401K transactions and initiating pensions until January 2022.

From February 2022 to January 2023, Lisa was employed at Black Box as a Project Coordinator. In this role, they collaborated with account managers, design engineers, clients, and technical specialists to successfully implement transitions to various systems for local governments and mid-large businesses.

Finally, in March 2023, Lisa joined NUSO as a Project Coordinator responsible for implementing UCaaS systems for small to mid-sized businesses through authorized partners.

Lisa Miller completed a certificate program in Human Resources Management and Services at Harper College from 2016 to 2017. Lisa also obtained a certificate in Holistic Health from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2012 and 2013. Lisa attended Buffalo Grove High School, but no specific start or end year is provided for their high school education. Additionally, Lisa has additional certifications including "Linked In Learning Project Management Fundamentals" and "Linked In Project Management Fundamentals" obtained in September 2022. Lisa also obtained a certificate in Human Resources Management from Harper College in June 2017 and a certification as a holistic health coach from the American Association of Drugless Practitioners in March 2013. In 2012, Lisa acquired a Six Sigma Green Belt, and in 2015, they obtained AIPS - Avaya IP Office™ Platform certification from Avaya.
