Harry Shields

Harry Shields is an experienced construction and project manager with a diverse background in the energy and nuclear sectors. Currently semi-retired, Harry has been serving as a Project Construction Manager at NuStar Energy L.P. since March 2017, managing various high-stakes projects such as oil storage terminal upgrades and other infrastructure enhancements. Previous roles include Construction Project Manager at MB/CAPE where Harry handled nuclear power station projects, and Project Engineering Lead at Jacobs, providing engineering support for refurbishment projects. Additional experience encompasses managing terminal expansions and leading projects for companies like Ineos, AMEC, and BNFL. Harry Shields has demonstrated expertise in overseeing complex construction processes, ensuring safety and compliance across a range of industrial projects.
