Adriano Pelaccia

Adriano Pelaccia is an experienced plant and production manager with a robust background in overseeing operations across multiple industries, including baking, health and beauty care, and food manufacturing. Since December 2018, Adriano has served as Plant Manager at Nustef Baking Ltd, managing day-to-day operations, maintenance, and a team of 70 employees within a three-shift operation. Prior roles include Production Manager at Apollo Health and Beauty Care, where Adriano supervised a significant workforce in a non-union environment, and Leader at Maple Leaf Foods Inc, focusing on deli formulation.
