Eva Lessing

Eva Lessing is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Tacton since August 2025, Eva previously held the same title at Leapwork from March 2024 to June 2025. Prior to that, Eva was the Head of People Development at Sinch from January 2019 to March 2024, where contributions included global initiatives for a diverse employee base and supporting significant company growth. Other notable positions include VP of Human Resources at Snow Software and Head of Learning & Development at JM AB. Eva's career began at CityMail Sweden AB as an HR Business Partner, following roles in project management and development in earlier career stages. Eva holds a Bachelor of Science in HR Development and Labor Relations from Lund University.
