Matthew Berry

Matthew Berry is a seasoned Systems Reliability Engineer with extensive experience in cloud solutions and customer support. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Reliability Engineer at Nutanix since June 2025, Matthew previously held the role of Senior Customer Reliability Engineer at Sysdig, where responsibilities included assisting customers with product deployment and ensuring secure workload management. Matthew's career at Nutanix commenced in August 2016, progressing through various roles focused on troubleshooting, driving product improvements, and leading teams dedicated to cloud backup support and product testing for Nutanix solutions on AWS and Azure. Prior to a career in technology, Matthew gained experience as a Facilities Assistant at the Eno River Unitarian Universalist Fellowship and as an Education Leader Intern at the Hatfield Marine Science Center. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
