Sophie Pemberton

Sophie Pemberton is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nutanix. Sophie has over 10 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on tech and non-tech roles. Sophie has a proven track record of successfully managing the day-to-day aspects of recruitment, with core responsibilities including resource management, capacity management and people engagement. Sophie has also worked as an Expatriate Recruitment Representative for Saudi Aramco, where they were responsible for recruiting suitable candidates to relocate to Saudi Arabia for roles such as Project Management, Power Systems and Construction.

Sophie Pemberton studied CIPD at DMS Business School, and then went on to the New Leader Programme at Harvard Business School. Sophie is currently studying at West Thames College.

Sophie Pemberton reports to David Malloy, VP, Global Talent Acquisition. They are on a team with Usha Murthy - Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, APAC & India, Omar Muñoz - Director, Talent Acquisition Global Engineering, and Nathalie Gryba - Global Director, Executive Talent Acquisition.
