Pamela W. Montgomery

Pamela Montgomery, originally a practicing nurse, worked at Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH) in the Texas Medical Center located in Houston, Texas.Her practice experience includes pediatric intensive care, pediatric cardiology in conjunction with the TCH cardiology group and the Denton Cooley surgical service, and pediatric dialysis.

She left the practice of nursing to pursue a law career and after law school practiced as a sole practitioner for 10 years, representing her own clients and serving as a medical consultant to various local firms and the City of Houston Legal Department.

Pamela later joined a Houston based defense firm for 10 years, where, as a supervising shareholder, she defended multi-million dollar dockets consisting of personal injury, product liability, toxic tort, and real estate transactions. During that time, she transitioned her medical background into representing physicians and healthcare facilities in real estate, malpractice, contract disputes, and regulatory matters.

Pamela has also served as an adjunct professor at Texas Women’s University School of Nursing in Houston, where she prepared and taught a risk management course to the doctoral candidates. Her focus at Nutex Health is to assist in the growth and development of the company.
