Tonya Johnson-Smallwood

Tonya Johnson-Smallwood, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Nutex Health Inc. since May 2023. Previously, Tonya held the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources at Catalent from August 2021 to April 2023, where there was a focus on driving change and improving quality through strategic partnership with the leadership team. Prior roles include serving as the Human Capital Director at Educational Learning and Enrichment Center and HR Manager at AmerisourceBergen, where significant accomplishments included standardizing HR procedures during a merger and developing training materials. Tonya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Fisk University and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration & HR Management.
