Duyen Truong

Duyen Truong has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving at Nutifood Việt Nam since November 2021, focusing on recruitment for office, key manufacturing, and retail positions. Prior to this role, Duyen held several positions at Tập đoàn Tân Hiệp Phát from 2013 to July 2021, including Talent Acquisition Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed manpower planning, recruiting across all organizational levels, managing the recruitment budget, and enhancing hiring procedures. Duyen also worked as a Corp. Recruitment Specialist, handling recruitment for supervisory positions and high-level roles, as well as managing exit interviews and reporting. Earlier experience includes the role of Recruitment Specialist at Duy Tan Plastics from September 2018 to February 2020, responsible for lower-level recruitment and the establishment of a Management Trainee program, alongside organizing job fair events at universities and colleges.
