Kristin Mattice is an accomplished professional in the field of food science with extensive experience in research and development, scientific affairs, and product innovation. Currently serving as Vice President of Scientific Affairs at Nutrablend Foods since September 2020, Kristin has held various roles including Director of Scientific Affairs & Procurement and Research and Development Manager. Prior roles include Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Guelph, where Kristin focused on developing sustainable, animal-free products, and a PhD Researcher at the same institution, where significant contributions were made in the evaluation and modification of plant-based proteins. Educational credentials include a PhD and MSc in Food Science from the University of Guelph and a BSc in Food Science from McGill University.
