Henrique Costa

Henrique Costa has an extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Henrique is currently the Chief Growth Officer at Nutracap Labs, a position they have held since February 2021. In the same year, they also became the Vice President of Growth & Strategy at e-volving brands and a Partner at Virtù Equity Partners.

Prior to these roles, Henrique worked at Carnival Cruise Line for several years, starting as the Director of Casino Campaign Ops & Analytics in May 2017 and progressing to become the Director of Commercial Strategy and Business Development and eventually the Vice President of Shore Experiences.

Before their time at Carnival Cruise Line, Henrique held positions as an Associate Consultant at Kearney from July 2015 to May 2017 and as an MBA Consultant at H.J Heinz Co. from January 2015 to March 2015. Henrique also worked as the M&A and Strategic Planning Coordinator at Tupy S/A from July 2010 to June 2013 and as the Co-founder and Director of Operations at Radcontrol (now Brasilrad Consultoria em Radioproteção) from January 2007 to December 2009.

Henrique Costa has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Sc. in Engineering Science and Technology with a field of study in Renewable Energy from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Additionally, they hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
