Caroline Montgomery

Caroline Montgomery is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in customer support and operations. Currently serving as Project Manager for CX & Retention at Nutrafol since August 2023, Caroline previously held the role of Program Manager for Revenue Operations at ClickUp, where responsibilities included leading large cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects within time and budget constraints. Caroline’s background also includes management of a 45-member customer support team during a significant growth phase at ClickUp and expertise in technical client support from a position at CampMinder. Earlier roles include work as an ABA Behavior Technician, an undergraduate research assistant at Georgia State University, and a librarian at Peachtree Presbyterian Preschool. Caroline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Learning and Development from Georgia State University.
