Andrea Incudine

Andrea Incudine is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and finance across various sectors, including food manufacturing and transportation. Since August 2004, Andrea has held multiple leadership roles at Nutreco, including Business Excellence Manager, Director of Operations for Skretting North America, and CFO for both Skretting North America and Skretting Italy. Andrea has successfully managed complex operations across North America, overseeing three plants and two distribution centers, and has played a pivotal role in organizational development and integration following acquisitions. Prior experience includes serving as Controller for Bombardier Transportation Italy, where Andrea gained expertise in project management and cost control, and as Chief Accountant at Yard Valtech, contributing to a dynamic start-up environment. Andrea holds an International MBA from SDA Bocconi and a degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Genova.
