Varad Lotliker

Varad Lotliker is a seasoned professional with a robust background in business excellence and process management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager - Business Excellence at Piramal Finance since February 2022, Varad previously contributed to eClerx as a Process Manager specializing in Six Sigma from April 2019 to January 2022. Early career experiences include a role as a Management Intern at TaeguTec India Pvt Ltd for a brief period in 2018, and positions as a Junior Engineer at both Sodexo and IFB Industries Ltd from 2016 to 2016 and 2014 to 2015, respectively. Varad holds a PGDM in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Goa Institute of Management, obtained between 2017 and 2019, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Padre Conceicao College of Engineering.
