Baucke van der Veer

Baucke van der Veer has a diverse work experience in the field of internal audit and finance. Baucke is currently working as the Director of Group Internal Audit at Nutreco since August 2021. Before that, they held positions at SHV Energy, where they were the Head of Group Internal Audit from February 2018 to August 2021, and the Group Audit Manager from October 2016 to February 2018. Prior to SHV Energy, they worked at Koninklijke Ahold Delhaize N.V. as a Senior Operational Auditor from March 2015 to September 2016. At KPMG, they served as the Vice President of the work counsel from April 2013 to February 2015 and as an Assistant Manager responsible for external audits from September 2007 to February 2015. In their role at KPMG, they worked with various companies in different industries including service organizations, trading and production, healthcare institutes, education industry, and funding agencies.

Baucke van der Veer's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Hotelschool de Rooi Pannen, completed in 2004. From 2004 to 2007, Baucke attended Hotelschool The Hague and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Following this, from 2007 to 2012, Baucke pursued a Pre Master's and Master's Degree in Accounting and Control at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. In 2010, Baucke also completed the Theoretische RA opleiding at VU Amsterdam. Later, from 2012 to 2014, Baucke attended the Nederlandse Beroepsorganisatie van Accountants and obtained a degree as a Registeraccountant (RA) with a focus on Auditing. Finally, from 2015 to 2017, Baucke pursued further education in Auditing at The Institute of Internal Auditing and became a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
