Florin Novac is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in demand planning and supply chain management across various industries. Currently serving as the Global IBP Deployment Manager at Nutreco since August 2022, Florin previously held multiple management roles at Henkel, including Global Demand Planning and S&OP Manager for Beauty Care. Prior experience includes significant positions at Ansell as Demand Planning Manager for APAC, Procter & Gamble in Europe as Planning Manager, and GSK as Consensus Forecasting Super User. Florin’s background also features roles in marketing management and human resources consultancy, complemented by an MBA in International Business from Vlerick Business School.
