Kelly McMillan

Kelly McMillan is an experienced leader in the agriculture and animal nutrition sectors, currently serving as the General Manager of Selko US at Nutreco since March 2025, overseeing the US Livestock Feed Additive business. Prior to this role, McMillan held various positions at Trouw Nutrition, including Global Director of Companion Animal Strategic Marketing and Director of US Companion Animal Marketing. Additionally, McMillan experienced significant roles at AgriSync, KMac Consulting, Jennie-O Turkey Store, and Elanco, where responsibilities spanned marketing strategy, consulting, and leadership in several sectors of the agriculture industry. McMillan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness from Texas A&M University.
