Lesley Ross

Lesley Ross has extensive work experience in HR management. Lesley is currently working as the BU Middle East & Africa HR Director at Nutreco since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Trouw Nutrition from 2019 to 2022, where they held the positions of Cluster MEA/TNGB HRBP and TNGB HR Manager/TN Division Talent Manager. Before that, they worked at Skretting/Trouw Nutrition GB/Trouw Nutrition NI as the HR Manager (Shared Services) from 2005 to 2022. Lesley started their career at Toray Textiles Europe Limited in 1994 as the HR Manager, where they worked until 2004.

Lesley Ross holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Nottingham Trent University, which they completed from 1988 to 1991. Lesley later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Sheffield Hallam University, which they completed from 1992 to 1994. Lesley has also obtained additional certifications in Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers and Employee Engagement from LinkedIn. Lesley is also a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
