Harp Dey

Harp Dey has extensive experience in technical training and learning content management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Learning Content and Systems at Nutrien since April 2018. Prior to this role, Harp held several positions at Agrium from February 2007 to March 2018, including Manager of Technical Training, where oversight was given to the technical training portfolio for North America manufacturing, and Team Lead of Learning and Development in Alberta, supervising a team of trainers. Educational qualifications include a Human Resources Certificate from the University of Calgary, a degree in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University, and a Master’s degree in Distance Education, focusing on Adult Education and workplace training, from Athabasca University.
