Joel Boyer

Joel Boyer is an experienced professional in rail operations and procurement, currently serving as Manager of Potash Rail Operations at Nutrien since February 2024, after previously holding the position of Specialist in Phosphate Rail Operations. Prior to Nutrien, Joel worked at BHP as a Specialist in Ops Readiness and Procurement, and held various roles at Nutrien and PotashCorp, accumulating expertise in sulfur rail operations and transportation coordination. Joel began the career in supply chain management at Loveland Products, Inc. as a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator and gained early experience in recruitment and sales roles at the International Labour Centre and Bayer CropScience. Joel earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan from 2008 to 2012.
