Martha Sias

Martha Sias (Holstein), PHR, currently serves as Region Senior HR Manager and HR Business Partner at Nutrien since March 2020. Previously, Martha held various HR roles at JBS USA from June 2016 to March 2020, including Talent Development Manager, HR Generalist, and HR Manager Trainee, where responsibilities ranged from leading college recruitment strategies and mentoring trainees to conducting employee investigations and managing onboarding processes for a large workforce. Martha began their career as an HR Intern at Isle of Capri Casinos in 2015, where foundational HR skills were developed. Martha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, graduated in January 2016.
