Kara DeMaio

Kara DeMaio has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kara currently serves as the Lead Partner Success Manager at ColdTrack (formerly known as NutriFresh) since February 2023. Prior to this, Kara worked as a Partner Success Manager for the same company from June 2022 until February 2023.

Before joining ColdTrack, Kara was employed by Kering, where they held various positions. Kara worked as an Ecommerce Operations Manager from November 2021 to May 2022 and as an Ecommerce Operations Supervisor from September 2019 to May 2022. In addition, they served as a Customer Service Team Lead/BALENCIAGA Customer Service from December 2011 until January 2020.

Kara's earlier experiences include working as an Assistant Manager for BCBG Max Azria from March 2011 to December 2011, a Key Holder for Herve Leger from May 2010 to March 2011, and a Retail Buying Intern for Dolce & Gabbana from January 2010 to May 2010. Kara began their professional career as a Sales Associate for BCBG Max Azria in 2008 and held the position until April 2010.

From 2006 to 2010, Kara DeMaio attended Montclair State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Studies.
