Luke Vaccaro

Luke Vaccaro has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Luke is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at ColdTrack (fka NutriFresh), a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Hungryroot from May 2021 to July 2023. Before that, they served as the SVP Operations and Supply Chain at Hungryroot from March 2019 to May 2021.

Luke also held the position of Director, Operations and Quality Excellence at Verizon from September 2018 to March 2019. Luke has experience as an Independent Consultant, where they provided advisory services in operations and supply chain, including sourcing, logistics, manufacturing, and inventory management. Luke worked as an Independent Consultant from September 2017 to August 2018 and was involved in optimizing inventory strategy and fulfillment center operations for an eCommerce client.

Luke's previous roles include Vice President, Fulfillment Operations at Express Scripts from September 2016 to September 2017. Luke was responsible for the end-to-end supply chain and operations of the home delivery pharmacy business. Luke also worked as the Director, Fresh and Pantry Operations at Amazon from July 2014 to August 2016.

Luke began their career at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Engagement Manager from 2004 to 2008. Luke later joined General Electric, where they held the positions of Director, Corporate Initiatives from 2008 to 2010 and GM, Global Supply Chain from 2010 to 2014.

Luke Vaccaro completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Lafayette College from 1992 to 1996. Luke pursued further education and obtained an MBA degree with a focus on Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, studying from 2003 to 2005.
