Philys Huffstickler began their career in 2013 as a Retail Marketing Manager for Nutrition Smart. In 2015, they moved on to become a Realtor for Sharon J Kelly Realty Inc.

Philys Huffstickler attended the University of Florida from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sport Management. Prior to that, they graduated from Port Saint Lucie High School with High Honors in 2008.
