Martin Zorrilla has a wealth of experience in the field of research and development. Martin began their career in 2009 as a Laboratory Research Assistant at Cornell University Department of Entomology. In 2010, they continued in a similar role at Cornell University as a Laboratory Research Assistant. In 2014, they became a Post-Graduate Fellow and Intag Project Director at Cornell University, where they co-created an Engaged Learning Program and co-taught two 3-credit courses in Environmental Science. In 2016, they joined Nutrition Technologies as Chief Technology Officer and Director of Research and Development. In this role, they led an interdisciplinary team of scientists, delivered applied research outcomes, created innovations for the industry, and provided evidence-based advice and solutions. Martin also led the R&D Business Unit, which included the Entomology department and the Larval Nutrition & Health department.
Martin Zorrilla obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Interdisciplinary Studies in the College of Agriculture and Life Science with an Entomology Minor from Cornell University between 2009 and 2013. In 2011, they participated in a study abroad program at Boğaziçi University. Martin also attended Nacel International School.
