Francisco Teixeira Neves

Francisco Teixeira Neves has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. At Nutrium, they served as the Team Leader for Web Engineering from December 2020 onwards. Prior to that, they worked as an Invited Assistant Professor at Universidade do Minho starting from September 2018. From March 2014 to December 2020, they were a Research Assistant at INESC Technology and Science, where they conducted research activities. In addition, they were also the General Coordinator at Residência Universitária de Santa Tecla, Universidade do Minho, from October 2017 to October 2018. Francisco also served as the Web Chair for the EuroSys 2018 Conference from September 2017 to April 2018. Furthermore, they held the role of Monitor of Curricular Unit at Universidade do Minho for the Informatics Laboratories I curricular unit from February 2016 to July 2016. Lastly, they actively participated in the Centro de Estudantes de Engenharia Informática da Universidade do Minho, serving as the Director of the Pedagogic Department from October 2014 to September 2015, and as a Member of the Pedagogic Department and CAOS (Open-Source Support Center) from September 2013 to October 2014.

Francisco Teixeira Neves has a strong educational background in the field of Computer Science. Francisco obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Science from the Universidade do Minho, beginning in 2015 and completing it in 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Informatics Engineering at the same university, studying from 2013 to 2015. Earlier in their academic journey, Francisco earned a Licentiate Degree in Informatics Engineering from the Universidade do Minho, spanning from 2010 to 2013.
