Amparo Diez Peña

Amparo Diez Peña has held various roles in the health industry since 2007. Amparo began their career with an internship at Telefonica I+D. In 2009, they worked as a Project and R&D Engineer in the Health Department at Deimos Space, where they conducted research and development in systems for early detection of Alzheimer's disease using Magnetic Resonance Image analysis, as well as prepared and managed proposals for R&D projects in national and international programs. In 2011, they joined Persei Consulting as a Project Manager, working on all project phases such as analysis of requisites with clients, proposal generation, project and development team management, testing and validation under ISO 15504 compliance, and development of company products. In 2018, they joined Nuubo, where they have held the roles of Sales Manager & Clinical Specialist, Clinical Specialist & Sales Area, and Product & Clinical Specialist.

Amparo Diez Peña received their Engineer, Telecommunications degree from Universidad de Valladolid between 2000 and 2003. Amparo then completed their Final Grade Thesis at Piraeus University of Applied Sciences in 2006. Between 2006 and 2008, they studied at Universidad Europea and obtained an Engineer degree in Telecommunication. Finally, they received their Master of Telemedicine and Bioengineering degree from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 2009.
