Nichole Lundeen

Nichole Lundeen has over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Nichole began their career in 1994 as a Human Resources Manager at Dashe & Thomson. Nichole then moved to Dain Rauscher in 1996 as a Compensation Analyst. In 1999, they took on the role of Compensation Manager at Boston Scientific. In 2007, they joined Coloplast as the Director of Human Resources and Director, Total Rewards. In 2011, they became an HR Consultant at Lutonix, Inc. and in 2012, they were promoted to Sr. Human Resources Manager at Lutonix (a subsidiary of CR Bard). Finally, in 2016, they began their current role as Human Resources Director at NUVAIRA, Inc.

Nichole Lundeen began their education at the University of Minnesota-Morris, where they did not pursue a degree. Nichole then moved on to the University of Minnesota, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations and Mathematics. In addition, they hold a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
