Danieska S. currently serves as the Associate Director of Clinical Science at Nuvalent, Inc., where responsibilities include strategic leadership, oversight, and hands-on contributions to clinical study design and execution. Previously, Danieska held the position of Principal Consultant at Morning Huddles, focusing on clinical development support for early-stage pharmaceutical companies. As the Director of Clinical Operations at HCW Biologics, Danieska successfully led the clinical development department through the company's IPO. Additional experience includes managing clinical trials at Baptist Health South Florida and providing administrative support for cancer research programs at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. Danieska began a career in clinical research as a coordinator at QPS-MRA and has a solid educational background with degrees in Health Care Administration, Organizational Communication, and Political Science from Florida International University and Miami Dade College.
