Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Nuvalent, Inc. and Talent Resources, Jay Dietz has a proven track record of full life cycle recruiting and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies. Previous roles include senior positions at Cedilla Therapeutics, Arbor Biotechnologies, and PharmaEssentia U.S.A. Corporation, where Jay Dietz was instrumental in building talent acquisition functions and managing recruitment processes for key operational areas. With a foundation in R&D and regulatory affairs, Jay Dietz has also held director and associate director roles at notable organizations such as Ipsen, TESARO, Cubist Pharmaceuticals/Merck, and Biogen Idec.
