Denise Borrelli

Denise Borrelli has extensive work experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Human Resources Director at Nuvance Health since 2024. Before that, they held multiple roles at Atlas Air, including Director of Flight Crew Operations and Human Resources Director. At Atlas Air, Denise led various initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience, reducing attrition, and boosting engagement. Denise also played a key role in hiring and employee relations processes, even during periods of contract negotiations and without a signed collective bargaining agreement.

Denise Borrelli attended Pace University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Additionally, they also studied at Manhattanville College.
