Linda Versea

Linda Versea has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in the field of cancer services. Linda currently holds the position of VP of the Cancer Institute at Nuvance Health, a role they have held since June 2021. Prior to this, Linda served as the Interim Assistant Vice President of Cancer Services at Nuvance Health from June 2020 to June 2021.

Before joining Nuvance Health, Linda worked at Western Connecticut Health Network (WCHN) as the Executive Director of Cancer Services from June 2018 to June 2021.

Linda also has a long history with Norwalk Hospital, where they held various roles within the cancer services department. Linda served as the Site Director of Cancer Services from February 2013 to June 2018 and as the Administrative Manager of Cancer Services from June 2009 to February 2013. Additionally, they worked as the Oncology Research Coordinator from June 2001 to June 2009, where they played a pivotal role in establishing a community cancer research program.

Linda began their career at Danbury Hospital as an Oncology Nurse, a role they held from May 1996 to June 2001.

In 2018, Linda received a Leadership & Management Certificate in Business Administration and Management from The Wharton School. Additionally, they obtained a Master's in Nursing, specializing as a Nurse Practitioner, from Western Connecticut State University between 1998 and 2001. Linda also has various certifications, including Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP®), and Board Certified, Adult Nurse Practitioner, among others.
