Lori Isaac

Lori Isaac, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Currently, they serve as the Director of Relationship Centered Care and Patient Experience at Nuvance Health. Prior to this, they held roles such as Assistant Director at Inland Golf Academy, where they managed relationships with up to 700 clients and acted as a liaison between physicians and visitors. Lori also worked as a Regional Patient Experience Manager at Garden Grove Hospital and Huntington Beach Hospital. Earlier in their career, Lori served as a Medical Staff Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente and ONRAD, Inc. Their experience also includes a successful tenure in the United States Air Force as a Flying Crew Chief, where they were responsible for the maintenance, inspections, and safety of aircraft, and represented the squadron in missions with distinguished visitors.

Lori Isaac, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Phoenix from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Jones International University, where they studied from 2012 to 2014.
