Mark Gudis

Mark Gudis is the current Director at Nuvance Health, and has over a decade of experience in investments and management. Mark was previously the Managing Partner & Co-Founder at GateHouse Capital Management Partners, and before that, the Managing Director & Head of Private Debt Capital at SAC Capital Advisors. At SAC Capital Advisors, they were responsible for building a private capital business, overseeing the investment team, and establishing strict protocols for compliance, controls, and valuation. Mark managed over $2 billion of capital and had positive returns even during the 2008/09 financial crisis. Their investments have consisted of structuring, leading, and funding senior debt, uni-tranche debt, mezzanine securities, distressed debt, and equity investments in support of middle market private equity transactions, management owned businesses, and other tactical opportunities. Mark Gudis is an experienced and successful investor with a proven track record.

Mark Gudis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business.
