Sal Calta

Sal Calta is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and business transformation. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and on the Board of Directors at PotentiaMetrics since July 2016, Sal also holds board positions with Nuvance Health and Peckham Industries, Inc. Additionally, Sal owns Calta Consulting LLC, providing executive coaching and business advising focused on the intersection of Information Technology and Business Transformation. Previous roles include Interim CIO at Florida Blue and various vice president positions at IBM, where Sal led initiatives in business modernization, client value transformation, and global manufacturing operations. Sal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University.
