Tom Theile

Tom Theile is a seasoned program and supply chain manager with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing and design sectors. Currently serving as Program Manager at Creative Machining Inc. since April 2023, Tom also holds the position of Senior Supply Chain Leader at Nuvar, Inc. since October 2021. Prior roles include DESKLINE Sales Manager at LINAK U.S. from October 2017 to October 2021, and Development Sourcing Manager at Herman Miller from April 2013 to October 2017, where Tom led procurement processes in new product development. Additional experience includes serving as Sourcing Manager/Project Manager at Whirlpool Corporation from 2009 to April 2013, and as a Supply Chain Commodity Specialist/Senior Buyer at Haworth from 2000 to 2009. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Hope College.
