Tom Pannhorst

Tom Pannhorst has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and regulatory services. Tom currently holds the role of Senior Director, CMC Quality at Nuvation Bio since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at SPI Pharma for 5 years as the Director of Corporate Quality and Regulatory Services.

Before joining SPI Pharma, Tom had a long tenure at AMRI (Albany Molecular Research Inc.), where they held various roles in quality assurance. These roles included Director of API Quality Assurance - US, Director of Quality Assurance, Associate Director of Quality Assurance, Manager of QA Compliance, Manager of Quality Assurance, Supervisor of Quality Assurance, Senior Auditor of Quality Assurance, and Auditor of Quality Assurance.

Earlier in their career, Tom worked as a Chemist at Thorstenson Laboratories, Inc. and as an Analytical Chemist in the Process Testing Group at On-Assignment/DuPont Merck. Overall, Tom Pannhorst has a strong background in quality assurance and regulatory services, spanning over two decades of experience in the industry.

Tom Pannhorst received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from Union College in 1994. Tom further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Chemistry from the University of New Hampshire in 1998.
