Amy Muska O'Brien

Amy Muska O'Brien serves as the Global Head of Responsible Investing at Nuveen, a TIAA company, since October 2017, where responsibilities include embedding responsible investing principles across a $1.2 trillion portfolio. Previously, O'Brien held the position of Head of Responsible Investing for TIAA Global Asset Management from May 2005 to October 2017, focusing on ESG integration and community impact investing. Earlier roles include Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at the United Church of Christ and Research Manager at the Council on Economic Priorities. O'Brien holds a B.S. in Biology from Boston College and an M.S. in Environmental Management and Policy from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
