Annalena Mertens

Annalena Mertens is a finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and investment analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Portfolio Management at Nuveen, a TIAA company, since September 2019, Annalena has previously held roles as an Investment Associate and Analyst within the same organization. Prior to Nuveen, Annalena gained experience at TH Real Estate in retail and industrial investment and at JLL as a Junior Consultant, focusing on valuation and transaction advisory in the retail sector. Annalena's academic background includes a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Science in Economic Sciences from Goethe University Frankfurt.
