Ayse Elif Tutek

Ayse Elif Tutek, MBA, is a seasoned finance and compensation professional with extensive experience in leading compensation strategies across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director and Head of Compensation at Nuveen since November 2020, Ayse has previously held roles at Nuveen as Managing Director for Compensation and Compensation Finance & Accounting from 2011 to 2020, contributing to the development of global compensation strategies and overseeing financial forecasting and reporting. Prior experience includes positions at U.S. Bank where Ayse rose from Senior Compensation Analyst to Senior Manager, Head of Business Line Finance & Compensation, managing critical financial analysis and compensation plans. Ayse holds an MBA in Finance, Corporate Accounting, and Strategy from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.S. in Economics from Middle East Technical University.
