Bao Vo is a financial professional with extensive experience in emerging markets trading. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Emerging Markets Trading at Nuveen since March 2022, Bao Vo previously held the position of Senior Director at TIAA from July 2014 to April 2022, overseeing the trading of $13 billion in emerging markets and $500 million in developed markets fixed income. Prior to TIAA, Bao Vo worked as Vice President - Emerging Market Fixed Income Trader at Loomis, Sayles & Company from July 2006 to June 2014, negotiating and executing trades in external and local debt markets. Initial career roles include Senior Fund Accounting Analyst at Fidelity Investments and various positions at Loomis, Sayles & Company. Bao Vo earned a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Accounting with a focus on Information Technology from Bentley University.
