Crystal C Perellis, CPA, is an accomplished professional in the field of compensation and accounting, currently serving as Managing Director, Compensation at Nuveen since May 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Enterprise Compensation at Allstate from May 2017 to May 2021, and a series of roles at Nuveen from August 2010 to April 2017, culminating in VP of Compensation.
