James Ellis

James Ellis (MRICS) is a seasoned professional in fund and investment management specializing in industrial and logistics real estate across Europe. Since November 2012, James has held various senior roles at Nuveen, a TIAA company, culminating in the position of Director, overseeing capital deployment and investment strategies for the European Core-Plus/Value-Add Logistics Fund. Prior to Nuveen, experience includes roles at Cushman & Wakefield, where James provided commercial valuations in Germany, and Colliers International, managing property valuations and commercial agency activities in Dubai. James's educational background includes an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading and a BA (Hons) in International Business Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
