Julien Chaperon

Julien Chaperon is an experienced professional in retail asset management and leasing strategy, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Leasing Strategy for U.S. Retail and Mixed Use at Nuveen, a TIAA company, since 2017. Prior roles include Senior Director and Director positions at Nuveen, as well as leadership in retail asset management at TH Real Estate and KLEPIERRE. Julien began a career in finance as a Financial Auditor at Mazars and served as a Financial Controller at GROUPE LELIEVRE. Julien holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance from NEOMA Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Edinburgh Napier University.
