Michelle Richitelli is an accomplished professional in internal communications with extensive experience in leading HR and employee communication strategies across multiple organizations. Currently serving as SVP and Head of Internal Communications at TIAA since October 2018 and as Managing Director and Head of Employee Communications at Nuveen, Michelle has previously held key roles at TIAA, BlackRock, Philips, and Mercer Human Resource Consulting. With an MBA in Marketing from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BA in English and Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross, Michelle has a proven track record of enhancing employee engagement, aligning communication with organizational objectives, and driving successful HR initiatives.
