Neil Mellott

Neil Mellott has over a decade of experience in product operations and data analytics at Nuveen, a TIAA company, where Neil currently serves as Vice President of Product Operations. Neil has held various roles within the organization, including Vice President and Lead Data Analytics Manager for DMAC, Assistant Vice President, and Senior Data Integrity Analyst. Prior to joining Nuveen, Neil gained valuable experience at Glen Oak Country Club, teaching new caddies and enhancing communication skills, as well as volunteering with Habitat for Humanity to support marketing efforts and maintain donation databases. Neil also observed trading practices at TradeLink, providing insight into commodities and futures trading. Neil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University Bloomington, complemented by minors in Business and Psychology.
