Radhika Shroff

Radhika Shroff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in impact investing and private equity. Currently serving as Managing Director for Impact Investing Private Equity at Nuveen since January 2020, Radhika leads, structures, and negotiates global private equity transactions in key impact sectors and is part of the senior management team and Investment Committee for a third-party fund. Previously, Radhika held the role of Deputy Chief Investment Officer at ACCION International and was a Partner at the Peruvian Development Group, where efforts focused on acquiring controlling stakes in Latin American microfinance companies. Radhika's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President in Financial Planning & Analysis at Citi and holding key positions at Wells Fargo and UBS Investment Bank. Radhika's academic qualifications include an MBA and a master's degree in International/Global Studies from The Wharton School and The Lauder Institute, respectively, as well as a BS in Economics and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
